Terms of Service

Roomé is a web tool that uses AI to generate interior-design suggestions: a curated furniture list, a rough floor plan, and — if you upload a room photo — a photorealistic redesign. It's a suggestion engine, not architectural or interior-design advice.

You can use Roomé without an account. If you create one, you agree to provide a real email address, keep your password reasonably private, and use one account per person.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download the service or its AI outputs.
• Automate access beyond ordinary personal use, or resell the outputs.
• Upload photos or content you don't have the right to upload.
• Upload content that's illegal, sexual, hateful, or violates someone's privacy.
• Bypass the access gate or authentication.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or delete your account without notice.

Photos and briefs you submit remain yours. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to process them for the purpose of providing the service — for example, forwarding a photo to the Gemini API to generate a redesign.

AI-generated outputs (furniture lists, layouts, redesign images) are yours to use. Because they're generated by AI models trained on public data, we make no promise they're copyright-free or original.

The furniture, layouts, and images Roomé produces are automatically generated. They may be inaccurate, out-of-stock, mismatched to your real room dimensions, or aesthetically off. Treat them as inspiration, not instructions. Confirm dimensions, availability, and safety with a qualified professional before making purchases or structural changes.

Roomé is currently in early access, gated behind an access code. It may be offline, changed, or discontinued at any time. No uptime commitment. Features may be added, removed, or changed without notice.

Roomé is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced, we'll notify you and require explicit opt-in — you won't be billed automatically.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

To the extent allowed by law, Roomé is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages, or for direct damages beyond €100 or the fees you've paid in the last twelve months (whichever is higher). Nothing here limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else Greek or EU law says cannot be limited.

These terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes go to the competent courts in [CITY], Greece.

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and — for material changes — notify accounts by email.
